1. Where is my order? / How long will it take to ship?

Your order will be shipped within 72 hours after you confirm it.
If you do not receive the goods within 20-30 days, please contact us promptly at celeinto@xroes.com.

2. Only part of my order has been delivered. Where is the rest?

According to your order status, as stated in of our shipping policy, most orders will arrive in multiple shipments.
If you ordered more than one item, they will be packaged separately. We do this to offer you a favorable price! The rest of your items will arrive in due course.

3. Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from our high-quality manufacturers and suppliers to save you on global shipping costs!
They provide very affordable shipping options, and we pass these services on to you.

4. What is your return/refund policy?

Since we ship directly from manufacturers, we currently cannot provide replacement services for simple issues caused by your wrong selection.
If the goods are damaged, deformed, or have other issues due to logistics and transportation, we will replace them with a new one for you.
If the goods are out of stock for some reason, we will offer a refund or a different item as a replacement.

5. Can I cancel my order?

We start processing orders very quickly to benefit you! Once we have placed the order with our supplier, we cannot cancel your order.
