- Since we ship directly from manufacturers, we currently cannot provide replacement services for simple issues caused by your wrong selection.
- If the goods are damaged, deformed, or have other issues due to logistics and transportation, we will replace them with a new one for you.
- If the goods are out of stock for some reason, we will offer a refund or a different item as a replacement.
- We start processing orders very quickly to benefit you! Once we have placed the order with our supplier, we cannot cancel your order.
